About Freemason Information
Freemason Information is dedicated to the presentation and communication of Masonic knowledge for all who are interested to seek it. Presented in an easy to use format, its purpose is to illuminate the foundations and branches of Freemasonry, and illuminate its principal tenants of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. But this site is more than a collection of essays, papers, and reports. Its goal is to be a link between Masons and men everywhere.
Note to all visiting brothers:
We walk in this journey separately together. Our shared personal experience gives us all a unique perspective into our Fraternity. I welcome your thoughts, comments, ideas, concerns, or even criticisms. Your insights and input will help further the development of this site.
Thanks for taking the time to visit; I look forward to hearing from you.
Greg Stewart
Editor – Freemason Information

About the Owner and Editor:
Greg Stewart is a 3rd degree Master Mason in the Blue Lodge, under the Grand Lodge of California and is also a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, under the Orient of California.
An artist by nature and vocation, Greg pursued the sublime degrees of Freemasonry in 1994, seeking to learn its knowledge and allegory. The sole purpose in creating this site is to organize and share this information to as wide an audience as possible, presenting it in as instructive and concise a format as possible. Specifically, it is intended for the interested onlooker and the newly raised entered apprentice mason, but it also presents insight to the seasoned master as well. Greg’s own interests in Freemasonry range from its present role in society, its history, and in particular to its esoteric recesses.

Greg’s Mason Mark
The Ordo-Structor was created as the mark of Freemason Information, which represents the ever-renewing ideas of the fraternity as traveled through the time-immemorial mystery schools. The Hermetic and Gnostic idea of “As Above – So Below” is represented in the stars mirroring one another, with a 3rd star introduced to represent the 3 great lights of Freemasonry. The 47th Problem of Euclid stands as the path to finding our center, measuring our furthest reaches. Below is the reminder of the fleetingness of time, it being ever in motion away from us. And ultimately, all centered under the all seeing eye of the Great Architect, overseeing all. Encircling these elements is a an ouroboros, a snake consuming its tail, which symbolizes many things in many traditions, including unity, eternity, and a cycle of nature.
