Leadership

One in an ongoing series I’ve planned to look at. The ideas expressed could probably apply to all walks fo life, from your work place, to the Lodge Room. Each one of us are leaders in one way or another, and these are lessons to help us be better.

In this video Four star general Stanley McChrystal shares what he’s learned about leadership over his decades in the military. Listening, learning, and the shared purpose. He also addresses the possibility of failure.

A devoted student of the Western Mystery Traditions, Greg is a firm believer in the Masonic connections to the Hermetic traditions of antiquity, its evolution through the ages and into its present configuration as the antecedent to all contemporary esoteric and occult traditions. He is a self-called searcher for that which was lost, a Hermetic Hermit and a believer in “that which is above is so too below.” Read more about Greg Stewart.

  1. I myself think that failure is not a way to go because we all know what it means (Given Up) the world already has that in our lives but today no matter what is going on in the todays world or in our life me must still move for 210% in all we do our President has already show the way, even if we do have of that, the effort was made don’t give up. Moving Forward.

0 up the world has that already in our lives even today no matter what is going on in our life or in the world we should give 210% in all we do even if it is half of that a goal is still in reach
